Pastor Vic’s Mission Trip With World MAP

Please continue keep Pastor Vic in prayer as he travels to India with World MAP. He is working to minister and train up pastors around the world, and pictures and video from his ministry can be seen on World MAP’s Facebook page. Pastor Carl Forster will be preaching this Sunday.

Boys Club Starting Back Up/Volunteers Needed!

Our boys club will be starting up again this Sunday, October 5th at 6:30pm – 8:00pm in the annex. All boys ages 6-12 are welcome to join us for a time of fun and learning! We are also seeking volunteers to assist for this ministry, so please contact Pastor Carl if you are interested!

Foundations Classes

Foundations I & II classes will be starting on Tuesday, October 14th at 7pm in the upstairs classrooms. These faith building classes will help strengthen you as a believer and also encourage you to develop your relationship with God, along with learning some of the essential beliefs of Christian living. If you are interested in attending one of these 6 week classes, please sign up in the foyer.

Men’s Lunch

On Saturday, October 11th, the Hudson Valley Men of God will be having a luncheon here at Reach Out Church from 11am-1:30pm. All men are welcome, and if you would like to attend, please sign up in the foyer! This event will replace the men’s breakfast for the month of October.

Recharge Relaunch!

Our Saturday evening Recharge events will be relaunching this coming November-May! Our first event will take place at 6pm on Saturday, November 1st and will recur the first Saturday of every month until May. Please keep this outreach ministry in your prayers! On Saturday, September 27th, Care Net Pregnancy Center will be having their “Walk For Life” event. Their theme this year is “Be a light that shines in the darkness.” (John 1:4-5.) On Saturday, September 27th we will be participating in our annual Hyde Park Day at Hackett Hill Park right down the street from us. This is a great opportunity to share God’s love with individuals right in our town. We offer face painting, balloons, and prayer. All are welcome to participate!

Camp Expedition 2014 Testimonials

We are happy to share a letter a camper sent us after his experience at Camp Expedition 2014!

Dear Pastor Carl,
Thank you for another amazing year at Camp Expedition! I really liked sports shuffle with Jon. I also liked the game Air Raid the best. Playing soccer with Merlin was also really fun. When we played World Cup, I formed my own team. We were Brazil. We played against U.S.A. a lot. Sadly, they “smoked” us. The skits were awesome!! They were really funny too! The counselors and all the helpers did an AMAZING job preparing for Camp and did an awesome job during camp! Looking forward to coming next year.

Special Friday Evening Ministry on 8/22/14

On Friday, August 22, 2014 at 7pm, we will be having two special guests here at Reach Out Church to minister to our congregation. They are Pastor and Elim Fellowship President Ron Burgio, and Pastor and Prophetic Minister Phil McNeil. Their focus will be on ministering to the congregation, as God has gifted Pastor Phil to operate in the gift of prophecy through His Holy Spirit

We ask and encourage all members of Reach Out Church to come out and join us, as it will be a time to be ministered to personally and prophetically.

Haroon Bhatti from Pakistan – Our Guest Speaker this Sunday

On Sunday, June 15th we will be having Haroon Bhatti speaking at Reach Out Church. He is a pastor who oversees many churches in Pakistan, and he hosted Pastor Vic’s most recent trip with World MAP to his country. We look forward to hearing the interesting perspectives he will bring coming from a culture completely different than our own.

Haiti Mission Trip 2014

We’d like to remind everyone to keep in prayer the Haiti Mission Team who will be travelling June 21st-28th.

Every summer, Reach Out Church sends a team to minister and share the gospel in the country of Haiti. This ministry was initiated by our church members Roberto & Rose Bonheur. These short-term missions to Haiti are focused in assisting an orphanage outside the capital city of Port-au-Prince, as well as encouraging all believers throughout churches in the local area. Roberto and Rose are also qualified to help out medically in places that provide nursing and health care, and have been a tremendous blessing to those with medical needs.
