Children’s Ministry

We believe the children represent a tremendous potential not only for the future, but also for the present well being of our families and church. We believe in protecting and training our children to trust in God’s word in an environment that encourages Godly teaching, fellowship, and activities.
Sunday Morning Children’s Ministry
We offer children’s ministry during our 10:30 am service for the following ages:
Nursing Moms’ Room (located right off the sanctuary, with couch, cribs, rocking chairs, changing table, and TV where you can see what’s happening in the service)
Nursery (infants – 2 years, located upstairs)
Preschool Sunday School (ages 2-5, located upstairs)
Expedition Academy/Children’s Church (ages 6-12, in the Annex Building)
Safety is our concern. All our children’s ministry rooms are staffed with safe childcare workers who have passed background checks. We have policies in place to ensure your child’s safety here at Reach Out Church. Meet Our Children’s Pastor, Erin Bovee! 
Erin joined the Reach Out team in 2019 as the Children’s Pastor. During her youth, she attended Reach Out and felt God’s call to go into ministry. After graduating Eastern University in 2014 with a degree in Youth Ministry, she became a Children’s Pastor at Bedford Community Church, were she served for five years.

Camp Expedition
Every August we host Camp Expedition for the children in our church and community. This week long event is packed with fun activities, crafts, and games. Camp provides opportunities for kids to discover and experience the love of Jesus Christ. Outdoor activities include fishing, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. There are indoor activities like arts & crafts, and baking. Team Transform provides live worship, devotionals, and skits!
