Food Pantry closed today
Our food pantry will be closed today, January 1st in observance of New Years Day. It will be reopening on Friday, January 8th next week. Please also keep in mind that in the event of inclement weather, our food pantry closes whenever Hyde Park Central School district cancels school.
One Sunday service this weekend
This Sunday, January 3rd we will only have one service at 10am and no 8am service. Please join us as we come together as one family during this holiday season, and we will provide light refreshments following these services.
Our Giving Tree is filled up!
Thank you to all who donated to our Giving Tree! The winter accessories will be donated to a ministry that blesses those who are in need of them!
Forge Prayer Night
We will be having a prayer night on Wednesday, January 6th at 7pm in the annex. This is to prepare for the new youth group launch which is taking place the following Wednesday. All are welcome to join us as we pray over this vitally important ministry. Light refreshments will follow.
Praise and Prayer Day
On this Saturday, January 9th and Sunday, January 10th from 12pm-4pm, Deborah Dinkens will be leading an outreach at the Stop and Shop on Rt. 9 in Hyde Park. This will raise support for our upcoming mission trip to the DR and will be a great opportunity to connect with the community, and also pray with individuals when they request prayer. A Healthier Life Centered On Faith In God Home Group
Join Mary Ann Bovee in a six-week series focused on healthier living in God. These will take place on Thursdays at 7pm at her house starting January 7th. For more information, please see Mary Ann or call the church office.
Men’s Breakfast
All men are welcome to join us for fellowship and a free breakfast on Saturday, January 9th at 9am. Join us for a delicious meal and devotional time to reflect on God’s word. The Men’s Breakfast takes place in the annex building and a donation is appreciated for the cost of the breakfast.
Foundations I & Old Testament Survey Classes
We are offering two different classes which are taking place on Wednesdays at 7pm starting January 20th. Foundations I will cover the essential beliefs of Christianity to encourage you to develop your relationship with God, and in our Old Testament Survey, Pastor Vic will guide us through the Old Testament to help us see its connection with the New Testament and discover how it applies to our lives today. Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic
We have another opportunity this January to send a missionary team to the Dominican Republic! Our team led by Randy Spadaro will travel from January 15th to January 25th.
