The Church, Part 3: What Now
In this message Pastor Carl shared with us a chart of where we are in the Biblical timeline of events. He also spoke on the significance of being an "inside person" You are an inside person because you have Jesus in your heart which means that you have access to all of His wisdom and resources. Pastor Carl made the statement that Jesus knew that His last day of being on earth was coming and the thing that He chose to prioritize doing, was serving His disciples by washing their feet. This is a humbling reminder that whether we have days, months, or years left here on earth that we need to continue to love other's more than ourselves. In fact, it is by how we love others that we demonstrate our love for God.
