The mission statement of Reach Out Church is to "Win the lost, Train them up, and Send them out." In training "them" up, we follow the instruction of the Bible in Ephesians 4:12; which says that the purpose and function of the leadership of the church is to train up the saints, the believer, to do the work of the ministry. To that end, the following information reveals what the "saints" are doing in this church.
