Pastor Vic has been the senior pastor of Reach Out Church since 1994. Prior to his work in full-time ministry he was a teacher of chemistry on the high school and university level. He is ordained through Elim Fellowship.
Pastor Vic has been married for over 40 years and they have 2 adult children. His wife Dee is actively involved in the ministry of Reach Out Church.
Pastor Vic is an Ephesians 4:12 pastor. His passion is to “equip Christians to do the work of the ministry.”
Pastor Vic also takes pride in the fact that he served this country in the United States Marine Corp. Semper Fi! |

Pastor Carl Forster |

Pastor Carl has been with Reach Out Church since 1995. He is currently the associate pastor and handles the administrative responsibilities as well. Pastor Carl teaches, preaches and oversees the Reach Out School of Ministry.
Pastor Carl and his wife, Sandra, have 5 children. All of whom are an integral part of the church.
Pastor Carl is ordained by Elim Fellowship. |

Pastor Bob Wyatt |

Pastor Bob is involved with the Care ministry of the church. He does visitations to hospitals, nursing homes, and individuals. Pastor Bob along with his wife Harriet of over 50 years are the ones who greet you with a smile when you come to church.
Pastor Bob also leads services at NY Senior Care (Valley Vista) in Highland, NY. |

Pastor Dee Torres |

Pastor Dee’s “gifting” is to minister to women of all ages. Pastor Dee has a special call to women dealing with guilt, shame and confusion from the past.
She is currently involved in ministry as a volunteer pastoring at the Beacon Women’s Facility.
Pastor Dee is ordained by Elim Fellowship and is available to speak at your group or gathering. |

Pastor Tom Massey |

Pastor Tom is the counseling pastor for Reach Out Church. He is a trained counselor relying on the Holy Spirit to make the difference.
His ministry is to those inside and outside of this church. If you are interested in counseling contact the church office.
